Ma. Irene Andes is a mother of Five and is residing in San Pablo Virac Catanduanes and is currently working with DTI Catanduanes (Region 5). She bakes after office hours and on weekends. Her daughter Jane Aubrey, who is 20 years old does most of the frosting and sometimes baking with the help of the rest of the family. Bake Me Up Pastries Shop was established in July 2020 under the name of Jane Aubrey who is currently taking up BS Entrep in Catanduanes State University. She started this business in preparation for her retirement from government service, she dreamt of having a bakeshop and a resto.
