Si Nanay Casilda ay 60 years old, naninirahan sa Talisay, Batangas, at asawa ni Tatay Emil. Parehong retired registered nurses ang mag-asawa. May apat silang anak na pawang nasa sapat na gulang na.
Itinatag ng mag-asawa ang Cafe Diem noong 2018. Nag-umpisa ito na isang maliit na coffee shop na nagsisilbi ng gourmet coffee at artisanal bread. Sa kalaunan ay naging family restaurant ito na nagtatampok ng Bicol home-made dishes. Nagsara ang Cafe Diem noong January, 2020 dahil sa Taal Volcano eruption. Muli itong nagbukas noong March 1, 2020 nguni't napilitan na ulit magsara noong March 15, 2020 dahil sa Covid19 pandemic., Gayunpaman, patuloy na tumatanggap ng online orders (for pick up and delivery) ang Cafe Diem. Lahat ng produkto ay ginagawa ng mag-asawa mula sa kanilang tahanan. Umaasa si Nanay Casilda na makakapagbukas muli ang Cafe Diem upang tanggapin ang mga regular na customer nila kapag nawala na ang Covid19.
