California Maki (16 pcs) is a type of sushi with mangoes, crab stick and cucumber rolled with Nori Sheet inside and then coated with layers of masago or fish roe.
Japanese Siomai (15 pcs) is a type of dim sum with minced pork wrapped in nori sheets instead of the usual dim sum white wrapper and topped with Kani/crab stick giving it a unique taste.
Gyoza (20 pcs) is a Japanese pan-fried dumpling, it consists of ground pork meat and vegetables filling and wrapped into a thinly round piece of dough.
Kani Salad (good for 2-3 pax) - combines our PHilippine mangoes with shredded Kani/crab sticks, green salad veggies, shredded carrots, and tomatoes. Served with Japanese sesame salad dressing.
