Si Nanay Florence ay naninirahan sa Manila at may dalawang anak. Nagtapos siya sa Kapatid Mentor Me Program ng Go Negosyo at kasapi siya sa Christmas Decors Producers and Exporters Association of the Philippines. Taong 1987 pa nang itatag ni Nanay Florence ang kanyang negosyo na tinawag niyang Greenflex International Corporation. Gumagawa siya ng artificial Christmas wreaths, garlands, trees, at sprays. Lahat ng kanyang produko ay handcrafted mula sa wiring hanggang sa pagpintura at assembly upang siguruhin na matibay ang gawa. Ipinagmamalaki ni Nanay Florenco na nakakatulong nang malaki ang kanyang negosyo sa mga walang trabaho at namamalagi sa bahay.
